How Bankrupt the U.S. before sececcsions and civil wars?

Splitting off from the Proposed secession amendment thread:

No melt down of the Constitution needed, only the bankruptcy of the federal government to the point where they can otusno longer attack the seceding states. Yes, the government would collapse, like a bankrupt corporation. In receivership, it would be re-organized, like a corporation. All new, no old debts, excellent time to renew the Constitution. (go back to part time representatives? eliminate pork? OK to line item veto? re-divide states? ) AND, a good time for some areas to decline further participation, and secede. Or, like large corps in receivership, re-organize by spinning off different components into separate companies/states?

Hmmm, maybe that is B.O.'s plan? The anti-gun stance is to disarm us citizens, making it easier for an Emperor to arise from the ashes of the good old U.S. of A?

Redundant/clarifying: There is no over riding government to supervise the bankruptcy of America, like the bankruptcy court does when corps go bankrupt. And no state to handle things like when cities go bankrupt. So, the re-organization would be up to us citizens, how ever we would like it. No civil war needed. Though many civil wars have ended in partitioning of countries.

Whaddya think? Is this America's future?
