A miracle mining machine

I ran into this patent application:

I wonder if someone with more knowledge about miningtechnology and/or nuclear physics could take a look at this and give me some comments? Other comments are of course welcome as well.

This is the latest version, previous versions mentioned "cold fusion" as one of the processes in the device, just to give an indication of how credible this invention looks to be.
