Napalm/White Phosphorous used in Aleppo, Syria?

There has apparently now been an aerial attack with either napalm or white phosphorous on a school in Aleppo, in Syria. Not sure if there is a thread on this but here is an article on this story.



It does contain some very nasty photographs. And it is from the Mail.
