Iranian-owned skyscraper seized.

The largest terrorist-related forfeiture of property happened in New York earlier this month.

Prime real estate on New York's Fifth Avenue belonged to the Iranian government. It used to belong to the Shah and when the Islamists took over they concealed ownership of the property under front identities. These were actually fronts for a state-owned Iranian bank and engaged in money laundering.

The property will be sold off by the government and the funds used to pay damages claimed by victims of Iranian-backed terrorism.

This is a pretty big deal. The Iranian government is forced to rely on smuggling and scams for income because of international sanctions. Lawyers and accountants are getting better at finding these scams and shutting them down. This hurts the Iranian government badly because it desperately needs that money to pay government salaries and bribes as well as keeping their terrorist networks afloat.

Sucked in Iran. You lose again. :D
