This is getting quite silly. The gun debate is so toxic that it seems the two sides can't agree on anything. Let's see if they can agree that there is a problem to begin with.
Defining terms: By "gun problem", I mean a situation that warrants some sort of altering of laws or law enforcement procedures in order to increase the safety of the public.
And don't bitch about there being no "planet X" option. This is a serious issue, and a "yes" or "no" question.
