Deception of a Generation as reviewed by the Cinema Snob

Earlier this year, Brad Jones, aka The Cinema Snob posted a two part review of an 80's Christian propaganda video called "Deception of a Generation," which posits that contemporary cartoons and toys were tools of Satan and in no way innocuous forms of escapism for children who aren't even thinking of invoking the occult anyway. Here are the two parts.

As Brad pointed out, these guys seem to almost willfully ignore the fact that most of the bad stuff that happens is the work of the bad guys and take everything out of its context to make it look like there's a Satanic conspiracy to control your kids through obvious conflicts of Right and Wrong.



What exactly compels fundies to misread stuff like this?
