Drug Enforcement on Purpose

Notice the term enforcement here. Law enforcement is about enforcing laws, obviously. Drug enforcement is..... well, you guess.



The real purpose of the DEA, Drug Enforcement Administration, seems to be precisely what its name says, namely to enforce rather than prevent the use and availability of illegal (and legal?) drugs.
