Media player that can loop video seamlessly?

Does anyone know of a media player for Windows which can loop videos seamlessly? GOMPlayer used to, but the last few updates have seen it have a frame or two of blackness between the end and the start of the loop. So far I've tried Windows Media Player, VLC, Winamp, and even QuickTime. QuickTime actually has the smallest gap between ending and starting, but also the worst quality rendering.
