Help running a Mac Java applet offline

There's a Java applet that I found online that does multiplication in a modulus you specify. It's useful for help designing tunings.

But the server there seems to be down a lot lately.

The author of the applet provided the source code and other stuff, which I've downloaded.

I'm not very computer-savvy, and this app isn't worth hours of anyone's time, because it's just a convenient little tool.

Can anyone tell me how to end up with a little app that I can keep on my desktop that will run when I click on it, or -- alternately -- run if I use the "Java -jar [filename]" command?

Or, even better, put it together for me?

The source code is here:

my info: System Version: Mac OS X 10.5.8 (9L31a)

Kernel Version: Darwin 9.8.0

Terminal:Version 2.0.2 (240.2)

I can't find what version of Java I'm using, but the Java Preferences App is 12.9.0, if that's any help.

It also seems to need a link to something called Breezy GUI. (Which I take it is a package that makes designing a little Graphic User Interface easy.)

There's something like that here, though I'm not sure it's what is needed:
