Whilst talking about Hobby Lobby at work, Citizens United came up.
A co-worker said, "The one thing I don't like about CU is, it seems, that since money equates speech, the more money you have the more speech you potentially have. I don't believe one American should, or can, have more speech than any other."
I like this logic.
Any faults to it?
Any of us here who have read deeper into the CU case that might shed light on if this logic holds water or not?
