Ok, I've only made it to this page http://ift.tt/1jcB6HJ and already I find, when they are actually daring enough to be specific, very fallacious reasoning.
First of all they've shifted the burden of proof to prove a negative. The onus is on the claimant here.
From the site "The FDA, in its response to a lawsuit filed by the Center for Food Safety in 1998, admitted in court that it had made “no dispositive scientific findings,” whatsoever, about the safety of genetically engineered foods."
I hope I don't have to point out the fallacious reasoning here

This is a lie. Horizontal Gene Transfer is a part of the natural world and has been since there have been genes to transfer

Not necessarily, and the null hypothesis puts the burden of proof on the claimant that there would be an issue anyway

Without scientific basis? Shifting the burden of proof again, but in fact this is also a lie. There is no scientific basis which would make them different healthwise than traditional food, furthermore, they need to define "traditional"

This site needs to be cleaned up and fact checked by someone with a decent scientific education, and soon, or it will join the ranks of pandering, fear mongering sites causing so much misery in our world
