The nuclear powers sued by Marshal Islanders for Proliferation Treaty Violations

The nation of the Marshal Islands has raised a suit against all the nuclear powers on behalf of the other signers of the NLP in the Hague for non-compliance with the terms of the Non-proliferation Treaty, in which the have-nots agreed not to seek nuclear in exchange for the haves agreeing to pursue disarmament of nuclear weapons. Pakistan, India and North Korea never signed, but are being enjoined in the suit anyway. The suit is not requesting damages, but desires to enjoin the agreed upon action.

For my own part, way to go Bikiniettes. Perhaps you and The Hague can push US conservatives off the dime (as well as others, of course); after all a lot of the nuclear infrastructure is history now; it would take billions to create another nuclear weapon from scratch now. It's going to be a slog, though.
