I was wondering if there might be a fluorescent chemical that could be added so that the 'bottle light', for want of a better word, could function after sun-fall, the chemical having absorbed the sunlight during the day and releasing it later.
My chemistry knowledge is poor so I have no idea if a such a chemical exists, but if so, maybe it would be a possible improvement, and hopefully a cheap one too.
