Dr. Steven Novella reported on his NeuroLogica blog today that he is being sued by Dr. Edward Tobinick for criticizing the latter's claims about the ability to cure people with the off-label use of an FDA approved drug.

This sounds like one of the harassment lawsuits Randi has received periodically. Anyone know if this kind of case will go anywhere?
