Is William Lane Craig asking God to kill a Supreme Court Justice?

Just saw this on facebook:

Is he saying that he wants God to kill an existing justioce so that another might take his or her place?



Or am I reading it wrong?



How, I wonder, is he expecting God to remove one of them?
