Pseudo-Lock Screen for Windows 7?

My previous remote desktop apps allowed a "curtained mode" (I think that was the name) wherein the host desktop only displayed a lock screen.

Steam streaming, however, won't let you work with a locked computer. It will take the audio, but the screen will go on as you play your game.

So now I am looking for something that will sort of "lock" it. Security isn't really a concern, just not having my computer randomly showing my games. My desktop is an all-in-one, so I can't just unplug the monitor.
