THE DIET OF NEW SATURDAY - TO EAT ONLY IN THE 7th DAY OF WEEK.

Ladies and Gentlemen!

My name is Gregory Fogel.

In the internet and in the cities of Israel, I am known as Nationalcosmopolitan, Israelizater of Abrahamic -

Buddhistic civilization, social designer and author of social inventions.

I am the author of the global social project "New Saturday".

I'm busy by implementing of my project all 6 days of week, except Holy Saturdays and therefore I eat only in the 7th Day of every week.

And now I will tell you in details how I came to this diet step by step and about strong effect of health improvement and cleansing it has brought me.



The sages say that the Saturday keeping is tantamount to keeping all commandments from the Book of Books.

I decided to glorify the 7th Day, and fundamentally separate it from ordinary 6 working days of week by eating my food only on Saturdays.



I learned diets of vegetarians, yogis, raw food eaters and medical starvation practicers.

This knowledge has given me the ability to form the ingredients of my diet.

It is soaked in the raw water cereals, legumes, nuts, raw vegetables and fruits.

For me personally, it's wheat, buckwheat, cous-cous, green peas, grated carrot and beet, tomato salad, apples, persimmons and melon.

I drink only filtered raw "life water" from the tap.

Tea, coffee and other drinks, spices, seasonings, salt, sugar, flour, meat, fish and milk, I do not eat.

On Saturday, I usually drink a glass of dry red wine diluted with raw water by two-thirds 2/3.

From raw food diet forums, videos and articles it became clear to me that there is ability to refuse from meat if to eat not often than once a day, but better not often than once in 2 or even once in 3 days.

In this case, the human body receives an absolutely sufficient quantity of animal protein from microorganisms of intestine and therefore has no need to eat the meat food.



I began to move step by step to the “Diet of New Saturday” from April 1, 2014.



On the first step I started to eat once a day, eating 1000 kcal. of my ration.

My weight for 2 months fell from 253.5 lb (115 kg.) to 183 lb

(83 kg). and for a month did not fell.

My height is 6 ft (1m 83 sm.)



On the second step, I was eating once in 2 days the same amount of food - 1000 kcal., and my weight has decreased in a month till 165.3 lb (75 kg) and continued to decrease very slowly, and I expected that it will come to the point of dynamic equilibrium 161 lb - 163 lb. (73kg - 74 kg).



On the third step I was eating every fourth day the double amount of the same food - 2000 kcal., 1000 kcal. twice a day.

For a month later I realized that my weight has stabilized at

161 lb (73 kg).



This year the Day of Judgment was at Saturday, and from Sunday it has began the target fourth step - the full

"Diet of the 7th Day".

On the next Friday evening after 6 days without food, my weight was156.5 lb ( 71 kg), and I was eating in Saturday 6000 kcal. at 6 equal receptions.

I continued to eat this amount of food in the other Saturdays.

My weight has come into a situation of dynamic equilibrium, and at the end of Saturday it is 167.6 lb (76 kg), and in the beginning of the Saturday it is 156.5 lb (71 kg).

Maybe I'll add up to 7000 - 8000 kcal the amount of food on Saturday that would lift the weight up to 161 lb (73 kg) when I enter the Saturday.

"The Diet of New Saturday" will treat people from drug abusing, alcoholism and smoking, because when the human body, does not eat for 6 days it produces a fair amount of alkaloids (in my case 400 gr a week terms of pure alcohol) and 500 species of opiates.

They are the most useful native alcohol and native drugs for every person, and do not give any alcohol withdrawal syndrome or narcotic pains and breaking.



It means that undoubtedly will supersede even the highest-quality alcohol and drugs, including of course the poor quality ones that most of the people buy now.

"The Diet of New Saturday" gives a great body cleansing effect - more than yoga, raw food diet and

medical starvation because in Saturday after 12 - 14 hours from the first eating there is а very strong peristalsis of the stomach.

In Sunday morning, the stomach and even upper intestine will be totally cleaned from the smallest remnants of food of last week.

Enemas of medical starvation clean only the top section of the stomach but do not clean intestines from stagnant toxins.



Medical starvation most people practice 10 - 40 days a year, and "Diet of New Saturday" we can practice almost all year, except holidays.

It is the reason why health improvement and cleaning effect from my diet in a year will be 10 - 36 times stronger than from medical starvation.

The same as "The Diet of New Saturday" cleans the intestine and stomach the yogs method when a person is given to drink 3-4 liters of salt water or solution of magnesium but unfortunately the usefull bacterias are killed in the intestine.

If they are harmful, then it may be good, but if they evolved on "The Diet of New Saturday" - they are very impotent part of the body and to kill them is clearly bad.

"The Diet of New Saturday" gave me a huge increase in the intellectual and spiritual energy.

My head and soul even for half an hour before bedtime are similarly fresh as after waking up in the morning.

My body became resilient, flexible and relaxed all day, similarly as after morning awakening.

My skin became clean.

I am missing 5 - 6 hours of sleep, and I stopped snoring just in the first month of my diet.

Seven and a half months I went step by step to "The Diet of New Saturday ", and today I am not at the end, but only at the apogee in the way of construction, adjustment and correction of it.

So I ask all members of this discourse don't try to test diet on yourself, and wait another 4 - 5 months before I will achieve the sustainable results.



In principle, if people come out for eating only on the seventh day of a week with any other ingredients of food, I will not object.

In The Diet of New Saturday the most important thing is the complete strong cleaning peristaltic catharsis of the 7th Day.

If it happens with the other ingredients of food, then there is no problem.



This paragraph of thinking was beyond my personal experience till this Saturday.

But this Saturday after my current 6 days with out food I have ate Sabbath bread, chicken with steamed potatoes, carrots and beets without salt, spices and sauces about 7000 - 8000 kcal instead of my usual food of raw food eater.

Peristaltic Catharsis of my Seventh-Day Diet has easily occurred on this food too.

It means that The Diet of Seventh Day can be expanded by meat, poultry and fish, if you want.



It's amazing thing, but on all 4 steps of the transition to full "Diet of New Saturday" in those seven and a half months was not, even a slightest crisis.



The keyword of these seven and a half months is the word "EASY", and it fits my whole philosophy of life, as if something has reached heavy, it means that the way to achieve has chosen not quite correctly and you need to look for more advanced way.
