Hilarious jokes. He's making fun of Bachman and Cheney, getting back at them for recent insults. He suggested the Senate could thank him for not losing their health care when they lost their jobs, clearly implying they should have been more proud of the ACA accomplishment.
I don't recall if he was this politically cutting at past dinners. I know he made fun of people before, but this stuff seems particularly frank.
