Can you see this? (YouTube video restrictions)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZ0AoZLyRas

When I uploaded it, YouTube said it automagically found a match for it in the music from the TV show, owned by Sci-Fi (NBC), and that it would not be playable in the USA or Canada. I disputed the auto-block as Fair Use, and it says the response is pending and could take up to three weeks. But, for right now, it's already not telling me anymore that it isn't playable in the USA or Canada. Also, it originally showed up in my Video Manager but not on my YouTube home screen, but now it shows up in both.

So, did just disputing it kill the restriction, at least provisionally until there's a ruling on Fair Use? Am I innocent until proven guilty? I thought it would be the other way around: no change til after they rule that I'm Using Fairly.
