Customer service bloopers

Just had this from one of our CSRs. Cable customer called saying she needed a new remote control. CSR was having trouble hearing her because the TV was blaring in the background and she asked the customer if she could turn it down. Customer said "That's why I need a new remote. Its broken and I can't turn it down! I got no sleep last night". CSR suggested finding the original TV remote. "That'll work?" was the reply. CSR said if you can't find it, then just unplug the tv. Tech will be there this afternoon.

Of course stories abound about interactions between Customer service and customers from both sides of the connection. I have a few others but wondering if anyone else wants to post theirs.
