The Belgian authrotities ,according to CNN,have gone to their highest level of alert,and are advising citizens to avoid anyplace where there might be crowds...in other words, The Belgian police are pretty much advising Belgians to stay home tomorrow. Something like what happened in Paris last weekend after the attacks.Looks as if Brussles is basically going to be shut down tomorrow.
