Lindsey Graham drops out

Today is the last day to withdraw from the SC primary, so Graham is doing the sensible thing. Other than his obsession with boots on the ground, he was close to being the sanest Klown in the Kar.

Will he be Secretary of War in the Trump administration? Or Bush administration?
