URLs, wwws, https://

There is a particular website I use frequently to allow customers to upload photos to my computers at work for printing. It used to always be accessible by typing the www address directly into the address bar of the browser, for example "http://ift.tt/1oBDNsy;. The URL is really "http://ift.tt/1p5BLBw" and in the past. my browser would automatically change it and go to the correct URL.

Even if I just type websitenameexample.com into the browser it will do that. However, now, when I type the www address, it just says it cannot connect. I can ping the www address, and tracert it, but I cannot connect to it in a browser.

Is this problem with my browser, my internet connection or the website itself?

Here are links to the actual website

www.dbinbox.com - doesn't work

http://dbinbox.com - works OK

dbinbox.com - works ok
