I used to think they were not smart. I had a coworker who was quite smart in some things, science work we did. He was selfish, obsessed with sex, vain, easy to fool. I think he was mostly normal, so not described by any mental condition. He showed some stupidity in people to people interactions.
And had no sense of humor at all. He was eventually fired for dishonesty.
