I am sick of being harassed by the security officer every time I leave Walmart. I have never, nor would I ever, steal anything and I really hate the insinuation that they need to check my receipt.
Nevermind the fact that they don't do anything except make some obscure check mark on the receipt once presented to them.
Do they have any legal right to detain me?
In other words, if I just keep on walking, what can they legally do?
And to be clear, I am talking about a Walmart security douche, not an LEO.
