Global Ionics, a scam drinking device?

Global Ionics has invented and introduced a weird device, called Beverage Power, which attaches to beverage glasses and is said to give more fizz and flavor using the science of electricity. Their claims sound like pseudoscience. They also have a toothbrush that uses electricity to loosen plaque.
