We've just discovered this company and wondered if there are any members who are using them.
It seems there are no downsides - we sign on with Arcadia, and they deal with our current supplier, and search for cheaper options for us. they say we won't get an increase in our power bill. For the free membership, they'll set us up to receive 50% of our electricity from clean energy - for a small fee there's an option for 100%
The company is aiming to increase use of clean energy, so all signees are helping to push this forward.
I noticed that they say they have an A+ rating on the BBB - but the BBB show it as A-!
So - anyone with any experience of this company, please?
