Does anyone have personal experience with LACTAID®

Does anyone have personal experience with those LACTAID® pills?

Since I was 30 I've always been bit lactose intolerant .. hard cheese and some cream in my coffee were fine .. but I could NOT have a Sundae after dinner .. I'd puke it up :(

Now I'm much older it's giving me more trouble ... never tried the pills yet .. Does anyone here have personal experience with the LACTAID® pills.

I'm sure I could google it .. but I much more but trust members personal experience here.

Any Pros or Cons??
