Rediscovered this obscure news article. Googled some of the text. Not a lot of people talking about this. I want to figure out what "New York newspaper" it is referring to.

At first I wondered if this was rumor based on the bomb scares, but this article describes this happening "10 to 12 hours after the April 19 blast". The bomb scares happened just within the couple of hours after the blast.
