At which point during the big bang did the laws of physics emerge?

Just out of curiosity, is there theory about at which point or moment after or during the big bang the laws of physics (meaning each individual particle with its specific traits etc.) emerged or crystallized into reality, into making this universe possible?

If there is more than one universe (not necessarily parallel ones) and each big bang is like rolling the dice, at which point do the physics emerge?

Is there guess or a theory about that?
