He has called for Democrats, Liberals, "RINOs" to be shot, like a wild coyote.
Nugent should be placed under a 72 hour emergency hold to make sure he does not intent to hurt himself or others.
His guns should be confiscated.
He should he charged with incitement to murder.
Folks cannot say things like this to the public.
Calling for mass-murder, must be a crime, even without a specific target, time, place, and method.
